Long-term instruments of government demand in Russia

The article analyses the most important long-term instruments of government regulation: state procurement, state corporations, national projects, and assesses intermediary and final results of some state-run projects from the point of view of public costs. Public contracts are considered a significant factor of innovative development. As an example, the author chooses the key developments of the Rostec State Corporation and assesses the state investments, differentiating implementation stages and intermediary results of national projects.
