Blast-furnace slags as a potential raw material for the production of composite materials-slag-ceramics

Evaluation of the possibility of carrying out the synthesis of modern composite materials based on blast-furnace slags, taking into account the impact on the performance characteristics of the finished product. The article gives recommendations on how to improve the economic and environmental impact of the activities of ferrous metallurgy enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in particular blast-furnace production. Substantiations of rational schemes of complex processing of slag are given.
