Dominates of strategic development of the Crimean maritime transport complex

The article substantiates the significance of the development of the marine transport complex of the Crimea. Organizational scientific and applied aspects of adaptation of conceptual models of functioning of the coastal region on the basis of ensuring effective marine activity are considered. The determinants of the formation and development of the maritime transport complex of the region are differentiated and the corresponding blocks of factors are distinguished among them: natural, anthropogenic, ecological-legal, socio-demographic, scientific, technical and economic.
