The present article is devoted to the study of the formats of the broadcasts of domestic TV channels. Various classification of transmission formats is presented, the rating of the best TV projects. Expert surveys of respondents were conducted to identify the significance of the category "format" and "rating of TV projects". The main trends and characteristics of the leading television formats are revealed, and the main characteristics of the studied content are determined.
