In this paper attributes of becoming early narcological diseases and their estimation from prenosological conditions typology positions are presented. Long-term studying of various aspects of narcological problems at child-teenage age has shown, that general biological, psychological and social immaturity causes particularities of both clinical, and pathogenetic characteristics of narcological diseases. At becoming of narcological addiction, character of consumption of psychoactive substances in many respects is determined by age and conditions of the social environment. Laws of initial displays of chemical addictions have an age specificity and essentially differ from those at adults. Among biological factors the burdened heredity which determined congenital constitutional insufficiency of nervous system prevailed and created preconditions for various disorders of psychophysical and psychological development. Premorbid important factors were also various forms of the broken and detained development, residual-organic conditions, other mental and behavioural disorders. The most important social factors of risk of narcological behaviour at teenagers, were addressed, first of all, to family, its structure, a moral-ethical level, family relations, features of education. Peers environment with its traditions, values, level of culture and education, forms of behaviour has important value also.
