The localities of 69 new for the lichen flora of Abkhazia and some rare and sozological lichen species and lichenicolous fungi are presented. Thirteen species are new for the Caucasus - Arthonia vinosa, Bagliettoa steineri, Biatora ocelliformis, Dactylospora homoclinella, D. mediterranea, Gyalideopsis piceicola, Hydropunctaria rheitrophila, Lepraria crassissima, Phoma lobariae, Plectocarpon scrobiculatae, Scoliciosporum sarothamni, Thelopsis flaveola, Verrucaria fuscoatroides. Addition 22 species are reported for the first time for the Transcaucasia.
