38 lichen species from Mordovskii Reserve are reported. 36 species are new to lichen flora of the Reserve. 21 species are reported for the first time for the Republic of Mordovia. Gyalecta derivata (Nyl.) H. Olivier is new to the Middle Russia. Menegazzia terebrata (Hoffm.) A. Massal. from the Red Data Book of the Russian Federation was found for the second time in 75 years.
