New and noteworthy records of lichens and lichenicolous fungi for the Tver Region are presented. Among them 9 species are new to the Tver Region. Gyalecta derivata (Nyl.) H. Olivier, Protoparmelia atriseda (Fr.) R. Sant. et V. Wirth, Scutula miliaris (Wallr.) Trevis., Strangospora microhaema (Norman) R. A. Anderson are reported for the first time for the Central Russia.
