Interrogation as an investigative action: procedure and distinctive features

The article deals with the basic rules of interrogation and its value in the investigation of a criminal case. The authors analyze the main methods of obtaining evidences by questioning. Opinions of various authors regarding the issue who has the right to conduct an interrogation are reviewed. The authors’ conclusions may be used in the law enforcement practices.
