Admissibility of evidences in criminal process

This article is focused the analyses of the key issues associated with the admission of evidences as admissible or inadmissible in criminal procedure. The article author examines the essential criteria and legal nature of features of admissibility of evi- dences, including the point of view of widely known doctrines of the Western literature “Asymmetry of evidences” and “Fruit of the poisonous tree”.
