Decent life as an integral target function of progressive sustainable development (part III)

The article is devoted to the study of the most favorable, progressive variant of the many forms of sustainable and un sustainable socio-economic development, namely: the characteristic of the qualitative integrity of a decent life as a system function of the corresponding discretionary measures. The methodological foundations of the work are the classical provisions of the concept of the objective function, the key postulates of the system paradigm, as well as the principle of increasing complexity of the subject of research, which is due to the openness, nonlinearity and disequilibrium of the development of modern social forms. The following scientific results appear to be new: first, the interpretation and content of the phenomenon of a decent life as the highest goal in ensuring the sustainability of socio-economic development; secondly, the political economic algorithm for achieving the named higher goal, including the relevant integrity in the form of civil society, constitutional state, a highly efficient public sector of the economy and the noospheric existence of nature. The scientific and practical significance of the conclusions of the study is the further systematization of the goals, as well as the actualization of the general humanistic vector in the sphere of concretizing and solving the problems of sustainable national and regional development as such.
