Recreational resources of a town as a factor of personal genesis: philosophical aspect

The article carries out a philosophical analysis of the recreational resources of a town in the context of its influence on the genesis of citizens' personality. With the use of dialectical and historical methods it is shown that the modern towns are unable to provide cultural leisure activities to residents, and people often turn to the most accessible leisure practices, the distinct features of which is large-scale involvement and standard nature, as a result, there is no support of comprehensive personal development.
