Trust administration of property

The article states the topicality of the institute of trust administration of property in modern Russia and gives characteristics of such an institution of law. The article presents questions of legal regulation of application of the contract on trust administration of property. It analyzes the peculiarities of trust administration of property in comparison with other forms of activity of representatives. As long as this institute is rather new for the Russian legislation, the doctrine does not have a unanimous opinion on the notion of trust property administration and its strict definition. In this regard, the article gives an authorial position on the essence and understanding of trust administration of property. Moreover, the article analyzes questions of legal characteristic of a contract on trust administration of property and its contents. The article gives a comparative characteristic of trust administration of property as an entrepreneurial activity and upon realization of work relationship.
