This article presents systematized analytical material devoted to current problems of cost management in modern organizations. Specific practical examples are provided. The subject of the study is the principles and factors of influence, the techniques and methods that are subordinate to them to achieve the goal. The conceptual platform of the dialectical approach is used as the basis of the methodology, which allows for a reasonable implementation of the systematization of methods and methods. As part of the study, the main approaches developed in the theory and practice of management to the justified use of methods of influencing value in order to achieve the planned result were presented in a systematized form. None of the paths guarantees its absolute achievement, but possession of the appropriate tools brings you much closer to the desired result. Considerable attention is paid to the practice of introducing modern cost management technologies and their impact on the overall operating result of the company. In light of all of the above, we emphasize that the main task of modern management is to create a flexible financial model and formulate a growth strategy that allows you to analyze and effectively manage the drivers of value creation for the organization. The results of the study can be applied when making management decisions by entrepreneurs and top managers of organizations.
