The article carries out a historical sociological analysis of circumstances in which the king of England, Richard III gained power and ruled the state (1483-1485). The author sets forth a hypothesis that the fast crash of this king was predetermined by his domestic policy focused on support of the social majority that pushed away many representatives of the ruling class.
