In this article the author compares Chinese and West-European aesthetics. The dualistic character of Chinese aesthetic thought is showed in the unity of opposite aesthetic conception of Confucianism and Taoism, Buddhism. This is the distinguishing point between Chinese and a so called 'separate' Western dualism.
