Spiritual and moral upbringing nation as the fundamental factor for the fight against non-observed economy and corruption

The article considers implementation of state policy aimed at ensuring economic security: counteraction of criminalization of society, decline in non-observed and corruption. Focusing on the reasons of phenomena, the main factor is spiritual and moral upbringing nation. Regulatory and legal acts regulating the moral potential of the Russian Federation have been analyzed.
