Spiritual renovation of Russia comes from beneath (and drives the economy after itself)

The article describes the treatment of the municipality as a kind of new education, introduced its definition as a "social corporation," an analogy was made with the holding company, a mini-state. The goal, structure, components of a social corporation are revealed, institutions of social activity are shown. The main tasks and functions of the municipality, understood as a social corporation, in the part of creating and maintaining the population register, forming the revenue side of the budget, organization of business are formulated. In the development of the term "social corporation" the concepts "social capital", "trust", "cultural capital", "education and licensing" are disclosed.
