Double form of guilt as a necessary sign of some crimes

This article is devoted to the analysis of crimes with a double form of guilt, namely, the composition of crimes in Russian criminal law, the necessary feature of which is this form of guilt. Research methods such as analysis and synthesis were used. The purpose of this study is to identify the features of the compositions on the example of Art. Art. 216, 218 and 219 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation as crimes with a double form of guilt.
