Double borate of KSr4(BO3)3

The possibility of obtaining double potassium borate and strontium borate of KSrBO3 composition (1:2:1) is studied. A compound of this composition is not fixed. Borate of other composition KSr4 (BO3)3 (1:8:3) has been synthesized by solid-phase reactions. The crystallographic characteristics of the phase have been determined.
