Two-point jitter for CBR-stream multiplexed with (T, M) random streams

One of quality criteria of support by a web ATM some its services is the so-called variability of delay of the package or jitter. In this paper the method of evaluation of a probability distribution of jitter for constant speed stream passing through ATM the multiplexer is represented. Jitter is understood according to definition of two-point jitter in the standard ATM. The other traffic, which competes to considered stream for transmission, consists from (T, M) random streams. Key feature of a considered method is the requirement, that the total loading of the multiplexer was equal 1.
