Generic and Brand similarities and differences of original and reproduced psychoactive medication (literature review)

In the article are examined relevant questions of interchangeability, versatile problems of similarities and distinctions of psychotropic medical remedies - brand-name drugs and generic. On the basis of modern researches are in detail analyzed the mechanisms of definition pharmaceutical, pharmakinetic and therapeutic equivalence of innovational and reproduced medical drugs in aspect of an establishment of quality and safety of generic drugs for the patient in clinical psychiatry and adjacent areas of medicine. 20 references utilized.
