E-librariy of the university of library studies and information technologies BALANICA - technological challenge for intellectual property (problem of varity of alphabets and subtile universe of information in XXІ c.)

Being strategically real virtual resources e-libraries are in ХХІ c. as a key factor in the universal information space. The emphasis is put on the cognitive variety created by the students of the University of library studies and information technologies in Bulgaria of the first in the country 23 e-libraries from 2005 up to now - 2022 - to the advantage of the universities, schools, libraries, museums and archives. After the example of the e-library BALANICA, consacrated to the autobibliography of Academician Alexander Teodorov-Balan, digitized in the University, is submit a polylinguistic problem of the e-library as a technological challenge for intellectual property.
