Unified automated system of financial and management accounting in agricultural enterprises of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

The creation and implementation of a system of information support for management processes on the basis of improving information computer technologies adapted to the particularities of agriculture, based on existing software products, is one of the key factors that determine the prospects for the development of the agricultural sector of the economy at the present stage. In particular, improvement requires a system of accounting and reporting, approaches to the regulation of labor and material resources, taking into account the peculiarities of conducting industries. The article discusses one of the latest trends in this field - cloud accounting, which is an online service that allows you to perform various accounting tasks, analyzes the positive and negative aspects of the new form, examines the experience of transition to cloud technologies of agricultural organizations of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia ), highlighted the main problems and difficulties that professionals in the field of accounting may face when deciding on the use of this technology. It is proposed to develop consolidated software, with the help of which communication with business entities and management structures at various levels will be maintained. The conclusion is drawn about the prospects of introducing a single automated cloud system in the accounting of agricultural enterprises of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
