Common database of x-ray flare parameters and different classes of sunspot groups (McIntosh) during three solar cycles (1977-2007)

We compared X-ray flares and their related sunspot groups, using direct measurement data of X-ray fluxes emitted by solar flares (1-8 Å, GOES) and using daily determinations of active regions according to McIntosh classifications in Solar Geophysical Data. Our results are presented in the common database comprising three solar cycles (1977-2007).
