The unity and cohesion of the system of law and system of legislation

Introduction: the article deals with the main approaches to the definition of the system of law, the identification of the unity of its constituent structural elements by determining the objective and subjective factors affecting its structural organization, the principles of structure and development. Materials and Methods: the study is based on dialectical, systemic and functional methods. Assigned task of determining the internal coherence of the legal system and the system legislation can be completed through dialectical method of knowledge; consideration of the system of law and the system of legislation as a consolidated mechanism of coherent and interactive elements is carried out on the basis of the systematic approach; identification of the relationship of social relations, the system of law and the system of legislation becomes possible in the framework of using the functional method. Results: the system of law and the system of legislation should be considered as a consolidated mechanism of coordinated and interacting structural elements of the system, interconnected with each other and with the system of regulated social relations. Discussion and Conclusions: systematic knowledge of law is possible in determining the objective laws of its construction, embodied in the structure of the construction of the system of law and the system of legislation.
