The analyze of philosophical principles of yogachara and madhyamika unity reflected in doctrines of Chinese Buddhism schools huayan & tiantai and also in their Buddhist theories classification has been described in this article. The unity of yogachara and madhyamika principles has been seen through the prism of Abhidharma and Prajnaparamita unity.
