Unity in variety: about some topical approaches to comparative literary studies

Due to this review of the book for students written by a colleague from Bashkir State Pedagogical University Prof. Tamara L. Selitrina, the article stresses some obvious actuality of the methods and ways of comparative studies of the World Literature in the epoch of internationalization and globalization of the world cultural life. There is the analysis of the main approaches to the comparative studies of the World Literary process in the end of the XIX-XX centuries in the essay. Some fresh aspects in analytical interpretation of three ways of comparative studies are under analysis. The originality and academic freshness of the book analyzed are stressed.
