Revisited complex Russian criminal procedure law in legal relationships

The article is devoted to the existence of complex legal relations in the investigation and examination of criminal cases, which is an underexplored field in science of criminal procedure law. The author considers various variants of simultaneous and/or consistent legal regulation of relations in the sphere of criminal justice by several branches of law. The position of the existence of such complex legal relations in the criminal procedure of various subjects is upheld in the paper. The variants and conditions for the mutual influence of the norms of various branches of law are considered, both with their simultaneous (parallel) and also consistent impact on public relations in the sphere of criminal proceedings.
