Natural monopolies in Russia: practice of regulation

Natural monopolies occupy an important place in the Russian economy. However, the problems, existing in this type of companies and arising, first of all, in connection with ineffective state regulation, hamper their development and do not allow to extract all possible benefits for both consumers and the economy as a whole. In the article possible solutions to the problems connected with regulation of natural monopolies are resulted.
