Eurasian integration: transport aspect

The article addresses the integration processes’ transport aspect in the Eurasian region, reviews the main issues of transport and logistics legal regulation of this sphere. The researcher substantiates the need to adjust the existing approach to the development of an actual model of international legal regulation of Eurasian transport integration, since it is an important pillar of ensuring Russia’s competitiveness both at regional and global levels. It is necessary to harmonize the legislation of EAEU and China about use of Industry 4.0 technologies in transport and logistics. It would provide for realization of the Eurasian transit potential, as well as ensuring the Russia’s technological sovereignty.
