Eurasian patent - a tool of protection of inventions in the Customs Union and accelerated patent for Russia

The article discusses the possibility of using the Eurasian patent system to protect inventions in Russia in terms of education with January 1, 2012 the single economic space, as well as the benefits of the Eurasian patent system compared to the national patenting. Showing esteem program PPH (Patent Prosecution Highway), proposed by Japan Patent Office, which is based on the principle of the international division of labor between experts from patent offices around the world.
