Eurasian vector of counter-terrorism

The article discusses the issues of anti-terrorist countermeasures. In the framework of the civilizational approach the author makes an attempt not only to reveal the Eurasian identity, but also to analyze the prospects of counter-terrorism in Eurasia with employment of tools of the Eurasian Union. The author substantiates the distinction between the Eurasian Union and the Eurasian space. The article also analyzes the possibility of emergence and development of terrorism in the countries of the Eurasian Union: Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, and the countries of the Eurasian space.
