Eurasianism. Ideocracy. The inside-out world

The article deals with the nature of ideocratic regimes of various types, primarily the Bolshevik regime. We analyze the specifics of the contemporary version of Eurasianism as an attempt of ideological substantiation of Thermidorian policy.
