Europeans in search of new Europe

The author analyzes the modern transformations of European public opinion concerning the perspectives of global development. The phenomenon of Euroscepticism is discussed from different points of view as a complex event. In the article, the future perspectives of the common Europe project and the possibilities of Russian-European rapprochement are estimated.
