The European neighborhood policy and Ukraine: a process of europeanization

Article is devoted to the reform of Ukraine within the framework of programs of the European Neighborhood Policy. The author analyzes the problem of converting post-Soviet political space under the influence of Europeanization process and defines the strategic interests of the Russian Federation to Ukraine in connection with the process of reorientation of Kiev to the European center of power.
