One of statements of the theoretical mineralogy by N. P. Yushkin is discussed, which concerns on the structural organization of matter on the «planets with solid shells». Models of matter structurization are presented as a range: ions - ionic clusters - crystal - mineral aggregate. Formation and transformation of a thermodynamic system (both mineralogical and petrological) are controlled by the energy, its dissipation speed and the balance between the bound and the free energy. The reconstruction of mineral aggregate evolution stages must be based on the surface energy (dis)balance in the area of the intergrowing boundaries.
