The main antisuicidal factors barrier and its role in therapy of suicidal behavior in people of different age groups. It is shown that the age is important because, determines the presence or absence of personal knowledge and experience of coping, as well as reflect the expected future life duration. It is noted that the inclusion in the process of psychotherapy in this category psychological structures is an obligatory step and an important condition for effective control of suicidal behavior. Age-appropriate individuals with increased suicide readily suggests a preferred basic elements of subjective significance, which contributes to a custom design, enhance the positive therapeutic effect.
