Factors of the formation and development of the resource potential of tourism in the regions in Russia

The paper presents the characterization and analytical evaluation of factors associated with the formation and development of the resource potential of tourism in the regions of the Russian Federation, with emphasis on the analysis of socio-economic factors. The basic groups of factors that influence the development of regional tourism in Russia are systematized. Formation factors and capacity development of tourist resources, the tourism industry and the tourism infrastructure in the regions of Russia are formulated.
