Factors of corruptogenic personality formation: hierarchy and expert estimates

The paper describes a hypothetical set of seven groups of factors of corruptogenic personality formation. The data obtained by means of expert poll of administrative board of Internal Affairs departments of Nizhny Novgorod allowed filtering and structuring the complex of factors. As a result, the leading and additional factors, which influence the personal development and contribute to corrupt behavior, are identified.
