Factors and complex measures of influence on the quality and efficiency improvement of film production

The article describes the most priority factors of influence, project and programcomprehensive measures aimed at improving economic and social results, qual-ity, efficiency of domestic film production, investment in film industry projects,information and communication technologies. It defines certain selectivity of statesupport in relation to the priority thematic cinema projects, taking into accountthe allocation of grants for them. Recommendations are specified to eliminate thediscrepancy of domestic films to the international standards of the film market.The paper substantiates the necessity of providing information and communica-tion conditions, using the mechanism of public-private partnership in the processof creating films.
