Currently, the number of topical issues of international tourism development considers the problem of its competitiveness. International tourism competitiveness of the countries depends on the specific for tourist industry factors and the general conditions of business environment, in this regard, the article discusses the current trends of international tourism in the restoration of the economic dynamics, the key factors determining the choice of the tourist destination, defines the purpose and the direction of the state policy on development of the tourism sector during the post-crisis restoration.
