Factors of labor efficiency of retail store sales: by the example of the branch staff "Lush Russia"

During the period from September 9 to December 23, 2016 authors carried out a sociological research among sales consultants "LUSH Russia". The problem, which the customer specified, was the lack of competently and efficiently working sales consultants in the retail store as one of the most popular and large stores in Russia, resulting in a drop in profits. In connection to this, the aim of the research was to study the reasons of low efficiency of retail store sales consultants. Relevant conclusions and recommendations on increasing the effectiveness of them made as a result of the complex approach - case study - to study the research problem, using the methods of questioning, interviewing, analysis of secondary data.
