Factors of cultural and sports potential of a municipality

The management system of a municipal entity is the level of public authority that is closest to the needs and requirements of the population. Municipal policy in the field of physical culture and sports is the activity of municipal authorities designed to ensure the formation of conditions for the active preservation of health and recreation for citizens of a municipality through sports and physical education. The task of the municipal authorities is to organize recreation areas on the territory of the municipality that allow citizens to regularly walk, play sports, get access to rental of sports equipment, and so on. Municipal authorities are also encouraged to organize various sports and physical education events not only at the expense of financial resources from the municipal budget, but also by involving local business entities in financing these events.
