Meso-environment factors in retail lending (case study of the central federal district of the Russian Federation)

The effectiveness of a commercial bank in the retail lending sphere depends on the compliance of its credit policy with the economic meso-environment conditions. By studying the case of the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation the article examines the meso-environment factors, which should be considered in the development and the implementation of the retail credit policy of the commercial bank.
