The article examines the impact of new realities on the competitiveness of tourism and hospitality enterprises, provides definitions of competitiveness in tourism at various levels, identifies and describes factors affecting competitiveness at individual levels and analyzes examples of increasing competitiveness in tourism and hospitality.
