For today date, digital technologies are a decisive factor of success in every area of business, which gives undeniable competitive advantages to the enterprise. A couple of years ago, it was enough to create only a website and use SEO promotion to make the organization recognizable in the market. However, with the development of digital solutions, a new technology called Digital Marketing has replaced the traditional promotion. Digital marketing is implemented in a virtual environment, which serves for the enterprises of the hotel industry not only as a beautiful “portfolio”, “book of complaints and suggestions”, but also as a place to promote a hotel product. In the modern hotel industry, you can see many examples of advertising created specifically within the framework of digital marketing. All customers, potential and existing, are currently very actively using the media, the Internet, mobile phones, booking services. For the convenience of interaction with the client and more effective promotion, modern hotels are actively implementing innovative digital solutions in their work - from using QR codes to obtain information about the hotel to creating 3D advertising.
