Factors related to employees of industrial enterprises of the South Ural

The paper analyzes the factors influencing the attitude toward work and job satisfaction of employees of industrial enterprises in South Ural (Chelyabinsk region). The results of a study conducted by the author at the industrial enterprises of the region from June 2008 to November 2009 showed that most workers consider work as an instrumental value, i. e. sees it as primarily a source of livelihood.
