Risk factors and features of the course of primary and repeated myocardial infarction at men till 60 years with accompanying arterial hypertension

Purpose - studying the features of risk factors and clinical course of myocardial infarction in men younger than 60 years depending on the presence of hypertension. It includes 505 men with primary (258 ) and a repeated myocardial infarction (247). They were divided into two groups: those with hypertension (343 ) and a normal blood pressure (162). The findings suggest that hypertension is one of the most important factors influencing the course and prognosis in patients with both the first and a second heart attack. At the same time, attention is drawn to the existence of serious features of the course of myocardial infarction depending on the presence of hypertension, which dictate the need for a differentiated approach to these patients. These differences allow the early stages to predict and prevent the worst-case scenario, the flow of myocardial infarction in different groups of patients, which may further reduce mortality and severe complications in this population.
