The article is devoted to the research of interrelation of the factors of formation of the companies' value with different stages of life cycle. In particular, it examines the system of company value management, identifies key value factors, analyzes various approaches to the identification of the stages of the company life cycle. Correlation analysis of influence of financial indicators on the value of company at different stages of life cycle served as method of research. As a result different influence of value factors at various stages of the cycle is allocated.
